The final day for tracking reading and activities was yesterday, August 11th, for both patrons and staff. Patrons will start turning in their bingo cards or applying their tickets on Beanstack to the various prizes. If they are tracking via a physical bingo card, you can send them to the reference desk to get their tickets. Otherwise, they can do it all themselves on Beanstack.
For staff, you MUST enter everything through Beanstack and apply your tickets to the appropriate drawing. There is no automatic entry. If you need help with it, please let Rebecca Manual (CCL), Laura Presby (HHL), or Claire Michelle Viola know (HHL).
You should have all received and email from Rebecca with more details on the prizes and instructions if you are interested!
